			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I thought I was doing all the right things, eating healthy, exercising. In general trying to make good choices for myself, yet each week, the scale wasn&#8217;t moving at all or it was going up. Last week I was feeling more bloated than usual, I decided to take a closer look and see if maybe something that I was eating might be causing the problem, well it was. The turkey that I was having on my sandwich at lunch was higher in sodium.  I have made some adjustments to my diet and am feeling less bloated and the weight is coming down some. I suppose in addition to checking the calories and fat of products, I need to also pay closer attention to sodium content as well. Live and learn I guess.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I have been dieting on and off for a couple years now and over the course of the last 2 years, I have learned alot about how my body reacts to certain foods, especially certain carbohydrates. I know what I have to do, now just a matter of taking action and doing it consistantly. The fact that I have more energy now is a real motivator. I am getting more accomplished each day the last few weeks and it feels really good. Now I have to make the change from it being a &#8220;diet&#8221; and make it a lifestyle.</p>
