Made a discovery!!
I thought I was doing all the right things, eating healthy, exercising. In general trying to make good choices for myself, yet each week, the scale wasn’t moving at all or it was going up. Last week I was feeling more bloated than usual, I decided to take a closer look and see if maybe something that I was eating might be causing the problem, well it was. The turkey that I was having on my sandwich at lunch was higher in sodium. I have made some adjustments to my diet and am feeling less bloated and the weight is coming down some. I suppose in addition to checking the calories and fat of products, I need to also pay closer attention to sodium content as well. Live and learn I guess.
