Getting serious!!
I have been dieting on and off for a couple years now and over the course of the last 2 years, I have learned alot about how my body reacts to certain foods, especially certain carbohydrates. I know what I have to do, now just a matter of taking action and doing it consistantly. The fact that I have more energy now is a real motivator. I am getting more accomplished each day the last few weeks and it feels really good. Now I have to make the change from it being a “diet” and make it a lifestyle.
